We remained engaged with GRI on Report or Explain Campaign Forum as a Report or Explain Partner to promote sustainability reporting. We were also in the Data Partner Program as an Official Data Partner in Pakistan.
Global Reporting Initiative
Report or Explain Campaign
CSRCP was a campaign partner of GRI’s Report or Explain Campaign. The campaign required companies to report on their sustainability impacts or explain if they were not reporting. CSRCP joined this campaign to advance the concept of sustainability reporting to businesses, not-for-profits, and the government.
Official Data Partner
CSRCP was Pakistan’s official Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Data Partner. Under this partnership, CSRCP tracked CSR/sustainability reports prepared by organizations operating in Pakistan. The information was updated continuously and publicly available on the GRI website in their Sustainability Disclosure Database. The Data Partner program ended in 2020.
However, CSRCP continued to track the ESG and Sustainability Reports in Pakistan. We invite all companies that have prepared ESG/sustainability reports to inform us. This helps ensure that all reports are captured and updated in the database.

This information brings greater visibility to the reports and reporting companies and is helpful to companies and organizations seeking to keep track of reporting trends in Pakistan.
GRI Certified Training Program
CSRCP obtained a training license for delivering GRI-certified training in Pakistan from 2015 to 2019. However, the GRI Certified Training Program license was surrendered in 2019 due to weak market demand for GRI Training.To learn about the GRI Certified Training Program, please click here.
