ESG and Sustainability Training Program

Course description

The ESG and Sustainability Training Program enables participants to coordinate the ESG and sustainability reporting process. Participants obtain an overview of the process, develop insight into actions required for report preparation, and become aware of the potential challenges and benefits of ESG and sustainability reporting.

This training is based on the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards and is demonstrated using practical examples, especially local cases. The discussions on trends in ESG and sustainability reporting update participants on current developments in ESG and sustainability. The interactive sessions, case studies, and group exercises coupled with best practices, augment the quality of training and make it a valuable investment of time and resources.

We also offer training programs aligned with clients’ specific and diverse needs.

Course objective

  • Training participants in the process of sustainability reporting based on the GRI Standards.
  • Training participants in ESG and sustainability reporting based on the GRI Standards.
  • Strengthening the understanding of ESG and sustainability reports as a valuable communication tool for an organization’s internal management.
  • Informing participants on the efficient use of GRI Standards for internal and external communication.
  • Developing methods to increase transparency, credibility, and the quality of information in ESG and sustainability reports.
  • Developing an understanding of assurance of ESG and sustainability reports and best practices in sustainability assurance.
  • Developing an understanding of Materiality in sustainability reporting.
  • Training participants in applying quality principles defined by the GRI Standards, emphasising the principles of stakeholder inclusiveness and materiality.
  • Disseminating knowledge through examples and best practices.
  • Providing a forum for interaction among participants for exchange of ideas and experiences
