Integrated Reporting Training Program

Course Description
In January 2017, CSRCP partnered with BSD Consulting to launch Integrated Reporting Trainings in Pakistan. BSD Consulting is the first foundation partner of IIRC for delivering IR training globally.
The IR trainings are designed to build the capacity for effective implementation of IIRC framework in organization’s reporting as well as strategy formulation by adopting integrated thinking. The trainings help individuals to understand IIRC framework and preparation of integrated reports.
The trainings are categorized into two levels: Introductory Level and Practitioner Level
Introductory Level
The target audience is decision makers and senior level management. The training provides them with the skills and knowledge to incorporate Integrated Reporting, including Integrated Thinking, into their organization at the strategic and management level.
Practitioner Level
The Practitioner Level is designed to incorporate into an organization’s operations and provide participants with the knowledge and tools required to implement Integrated Reporting in an organization.
This trainings are based on the IIRC Integrated Reporting Framework. The training is demonstrated using practical examples especially local cases. The discussions on trends in integrated reporting update participants of current developments in this field. The interactive sessions, case studies, group exercise coupled with best practices augment the quality of training and make it valuable investment of time and resources.
Course Objectives
The objectives of the training are to:
- Understand the evolution and benefits of Integrated Reporting for organizations.
- Understand the concept of value creation.
- Understand how to communication value creation and implement Integrated Reporting in an organization from a strategic and management perspective.
- Learn how to prepare an Integrated Report.
